Hudson River Farmhouse

The farmhouse is located on the Hudson River and has a breathtaking view. The abandoned house had fallen into disrepair and was structurally inadequate. The renovation involved complete gutting and structural stabilization. The architectural work was done in order to maintain the historical spirit of the original residence. The spaces were reconfigured to allow for more gracious living and views of the river.
