Farmhouse addition

This project involved a new 480 square foot addition and renovations to an 1800’s farmhouse in Charlton NY. The new kitchen and family room areas were created to take advantage of outdoor gardens and western exposures. The existing 2nd floor space was renovated with a “raised roof” to allow space to become a functional bedroom with clear head height.
