This home was designed to integrate and blend into the site overlooking Lake George. The site is on a hill and it was important to adhere to APA height regulations and take advantage of the natural land features.

The home incorporates natural stone, timber accents and cedar shakes and fiber cement board on the exterior. The interior is designed to accommodate multiple families at one time and have an open and comfortable feeling while not being too rustic. The living area is designed to maximize the lake views and provide direct access to the screen porch.
